Beirut 2050 is a long-term strategic framework designed to unite public institutions, municipalities, professional associations, universities, research institutions, the private sector, civil society, development partners and citizens around a shared vision.
It integrates urban planning, infrastructure, transport, biodiversity, climate resilience, water, energy, circular economy, trade, investment, tourism, culture, health, education, research, innovation, digital transformation and governance.
It strengthens existing plans, institutions and initiatives through collaborative governance, evidence-based planning and strategic partnerships.
