How Progress Will Be Monitored
The framework assigns progress monitoring to the Beirut 2050 Council and its partners through measurable indicators and periodic reporting.
Each indicator should identify its baseline, target, data source, measurement date, geographic coverage and reporting responsibility. Baselines and delivery status will be published as they are established.
